I hope you can enjoy the summer. Our next coodination meeting will be in 
2 weeks (5th July). Due to another meeting we want to ask you whether it 
is possible to start our meeting at 10 AM (CET) instead of 11 AM (CET).

Please let us know if you cannot start at 10 AM (if you don't answer we 
assume that it is fine for you :)
